We have recently returned from Europe, mainly Italy, Malta , Spain and Portugal and our main emphasis is non touristy traditional food. We managed to try several high quality olive oils from a different range of scenarios, Olive oil Farms, home cooked, top restaurants, small family restaurants and self cater from local markets.Upon returning I was given a bottle of Jeffs Blend Olive oil as a present. We found JB olive oil as good as any of the best oils we had. We found it works with everything, cooking (Ragu's or fry crispy sardines), salads, dipping bread with Jamon and lots more. It even gets the high honour of mixing with our aged high quality balsamic crema, got to be a good oil to that.
